Marsden Kiwi was shaped from a simple meeting.
When founders Dan Marsden and James Overton first crossed paths while working privately on luxury renovation projects, they quickly recognised a shared ambition to deliver bespoke luxury homes that genuinely enhance how people live. This partnership became the foundation of Marsden Kiwi Homes, formally established in 2025.
